  26. I'd suggest that it has more to do with what time of the day you are
  27. accessing the web than anything else.  When you access these sites at
  28. work (during the day?), the net probably doesn't have much of a load,
  29. while it always has a heavy load during the evenings.  Especially in
  30. North America.
